Agreement

The User is the person accessing and/or using DeskBell.com via the internet. DeskBell.com is offered to the User under condition of the User acceptance of the terms and conditions herein contained. User access to and use of DeskBell.com constitutes User's agreement to all such terms and conditions.

HOTEL/TRAVEL RESERVATIONS

Hotel/travel reservations are provided by our hotel/travel booking engine WCT (Member of ASTA, American Society of Travel Agents. Member of IATAN, International Airlines Travel Agent Network. Registered seller of travel, State of Florida Reg. No. ST34200). The following terms and conditions and Help, FAQ's and Contacts apply to hotel/travel reservations.

Links to other websites

DeskBell.com contains links, direct or indirect, to other websites. DeskBell.com is not in control of these other websites and is not responsible in any respect for the contents of or for any consequence derived from the use of these other websites. The links contained in DeskBell.com are provided only for the User convenience and this does not imply endorsement by DeskBell.com of the contents of these other websites or any association with their operators.
As an example and without limitations the above apply to:
a) linked pages which appear in a frame of DeskBell.com framed pages although the framed page is under the DeskBell.com domain name.

User may not copy, distribute, display, reproduce, license, create derivative works from, transfer with or without an economic outcome any information or service or product of any kind and format obtained from DeskBell.com, unless prior written approval from DeskBell.com is granted.

DeskBell.com will not be used for any purpose that is unlawful or by any means prohibited under these terms and conditions. User shall not use DeskBell.com in any manner which may harm DeskBell.com or other parties or adversely affect the functionality of DeskBell.com or its use by others. Duration of the agreement

DeskBell.com reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate the agreement at any time, without notice.

All this information is provided by DeskBell.com "as is" without declaration or warranty of any kind, including all implied declarations and warranties.
DeskBell.com shall in no event be liable for damages of any kind, including but not limited to direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential damages, damages for loss of use or loss of data or loss of profits, arising out of or in any way connected with the use of DeskBell.com. If User does not consider satisfactory DeskBell.com or any portion of it or any of these terms and conditions, the User will have the sole and exclusive remedy to discontinue using DeskBell.com.

DeskBell.com is owned and operated by SIFOR SRL Unipersonale, registered in Cagliari IT, registration and VAT No 02546350923. User hereby accept the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts in Cagliari for all disputes arising out of or relating to the use of DeskBell.com. User will not use DeskBell.com in all instances and areas or countries where the laws and regulations do not give effect to all of these terms and conditions. This agreement or the use of DeskBell.com by the User do not constitute and is not construed to mean any joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship between User and DeskBell.com.
DeskBell.com may change these terms and conditions of use at any time, without notice.

Privacy

DeskBell.com will not gather and keep User's personal information without the User's authorization. If so authorized by the User  DeskBell.com will keep the User's information strictly confidential and will not disclose it or sell it to others. The User's informations will be used only for the scope for which the User made the information available and gave its authorization.
